Default Self-Publishing Channels?

So to date, I've always self-published my CDs at CafePress - but this time around I'd like to not only have physical but digital distribution.
It seems to me that CDBaby is the way to go - does anyone have any other suggestions that are price competitive with their small-run duplication and distribution?

AFAIK, CDBaby is the tool for digital distribution these days because they are partners with iTunes. Here's a good read: http://homerecording.about.com/od/du..._On_iTunes.htm
