Default Inspiration (music) question

Hi David,

Say you've just written a song, do you ever get writers block trying to start a new one?? Do you ever get less inspiration because you've just written a piece you really like??

I would also like to know how you start a song??

Thanks!! It's a pleasure.

I don't write songs. I write film music cues. and i do sometimes get blocked but keep chipping away because there is a deadline. You would be surprised how effective a deadline can be in the "inspiration" department.
