Default For European and French: who have already ordered directly from East West?

Hello people,

I have a question for European, specially to french people.

I intend to order EWQLSC directly from East West very soon.

Who has already ordered something directly to East West?
How fast they are to send from US to France/Europe?

Best regards.

Fred.

3 days to me in England too. And i'm all the way on the other side of the English Channel from you.

Why is it called the "English" channel?!?!

PS: You order 'from' Eastwest. Not 'to' eastwest

If they ship from Europe it's ok but if they ship from the US it is rather expensive. I once ordered my DAW from the US (student licence, really cheap) and had to pay 25€ for delivery AND 70€ for customs duty.

If they ship from the US I would order it from a music store in your case.

Would you rather it be called the French Channel? Perish the thought!

It's only called the "English channel" in English...

The French call it La Manche - which literally means 'sleeve.'

Anyway, I've ordered from soundsonline-europe before (upgrades) and time from despatch to receipt has never been more than two days to the UK.

Salut Fred

I ordered few weeks ago, it took 3 days for delivery, once order processed by East West Europe.

Just one complain about FedEx for my order : they couldn't make it through me cause of the building security codes. They didn't EVEN bother to call me to ask for them, and just postponed the delivery the day after (I saw that on their website tracking system, so delivery could have been done in 2 days only). I finally went to pick up the pack myself. UPS is way more efficient about this (many orders from Apple without this issue), but I didn't have the option about the carrier.

Good shopping!

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your answers. It seems it's faster than ordering from the nearest music shop. It's almost the sketch "22 à Asnières" (french people will understand).

I'll order EWQLSC in the beginning of next week directly from the european site.

PS: sorry for my mistakes in english. English is not my native tong. But you understood my question. That's the most important.
