SC/Wordbuilder playing Harmonic 4ths

Hello all!

Does anyone know why Wordbuilder/SC is playing harmonic fourth on some of the syllables?

ProTools 8 btw

example :
SaE lenS iz gol den

Sae and gol are rendered correctly as a single note
lenS iz den are played with the principal note accompanied by a fourth above the note.

Also getting a reasonable amount of clicks stutters and i shouldn't be. running Macosx Leopard on dual core 2.66 with 4GB Ram.
Have tried streaming settings and what not.
