Hello friends,
Well after spending over two weeks messing around with this great product. I decided to share my very first demo of it. Of course I still have a lot to discover and figure out since it really is packed with so many techniques, I mean really East-west over did it...and I love it! I should mention that I streamed everything from a single 7200rpm drive. All the patches are mid mics and basically all I did with this demo is load and record and then edit two curves, cc1 and cc11. I'm also using one Reverb for all Of them So nothing complicated. No EQ either. This sort of reminds me of my first time posting my demo with Eastwest's old Gold with kompact...lol I was so new to the library. I hope you all enjoy it and if it sucks then at least let me know what sucked about it ![]() Thanks for listening! www.sheriefmusic.com/demoHS1.MP3

Great! Terrific piece! Hats off. It is now quite clear that it certainly will be hard to impress anyone with anything from the older libraries.
It isn't fun anymore with this level of realism..Seriously, hats off! |

Ok this one is pretty hard to comment on I think
![]() The composition is not really great, I've heard better stuff you composed! ![]() On the other hand - the sound is great, but not really fitting. For the arrangement a small ensemble would be very nice, but this sounds more like a huge string orchestra. After 2/3 of the piece you changed the style, there the sound fits very well! ( in the slow part). In the faster part you can really hear how great the library is, but I don't like the composition there. It's just cords and sometimes unison... But anyway, I guess you just played around with the library, thats what I always do with new stuff as well ![]() ![]() Armin |

Yeah definitely shows the power of the library - but Sherief you did a wonderful job with this. It may not be your best best best work but so what - it is excellent work nonetheless. Personally I love your use of the cellos.. I love when things go quiet & romantic half way through .. . so sublte and moving...and your accelerando ending is wonderful.
Beautiful.

Some amazing moments here - really shows off the product! I guess you'd need a machine running this bad boy exclusively!

Thank you guys! for all your comments. Yes its not my best. But I learned a lot just doing it. I'll improve next time and use it where it was meant to be, with a full orchestra! Thank you guys again!

Thanks Robert! I really think you should! its a great library and I'm not scratching it at all. in fact I'm taking this demo down because it doesn't represent it well enough. But thank you all who commented on it!
