Default ASIO device

Ok so just to inform you, the generic asio device that windows 7 supplies is not good enough to do music production with. I tried loading play inside cubase and after about 10 voices of piano start playing the computer freezes and crashes lol. Guess I will be buying a cheap usb asio device to get me by.
