Choirs doesnt sing as in the Tutorial

hi,

I've got the Symphonic choirs (play) and the wordbuilder(play)

But I've got 2 problems:

1.) When I tipe something in the textbox and press a Key
Then I hear the choir but there are some Staccato singing voices!

2.) I've done the Tutorial by Nick Phoenix. But when he is playing
something it sounds like the Choir is singing the (for example "silence is golden")
But when I do it, it sounds (I press the key) AAAHHHH (get down from the Key)
Uhhh or soemthing like that.

What is my Problem????
