Default Requiem Aeternum- EWQLSC and HS

So I did this piece as a "happy alternative" to the film I'm scoring but it turns out it's not so bright and happy. Used EWQLSC and HS Diamond and a little EWQLSO platinum. All PLAY versions. Had to bounce to disk using DP 7.22 because it started slowing down but the results I think are really quite good. Just used Altos and the Violins/Legato Celli combi patch and a timp from EWQLSO.

Maybe the lack of responses is due to iCompositions. ..Here's the piece on Soundcloud.

Seriously heavy and atmospheric, stark and cold. Not Christmasy. Nice build up of intensity, then a drop and a final crescendo.

This is a heavy atmospheric piece that has a sense of forboding or desolation. Not light listening but interesting and enjoyable all the same. I could imagine this being a section of a larger piece.
