Hey guys!
I am still working on getting the sound I want with my pianos. I fixed most of it on headphones, but now I listened to it through (not that good) speakers. (just the standard PC speakers everyone has ) Since most of the people will listen to my pieces through that, (I am going to upload it on youtube) it has to sound good on that too. So, what parameters should I use?I now have the following: -I use the Steinway D Master (because I love the sound of steinway) -I use the EW Hall LR, and the level of the hall is on 3/4, but I think I'm going to change that to 2/4. (3/4 is just too much on the speakers) The ambience is on, but I don't really know what that does, there's not really a difference when I turn it off -the lid position is +- in the middle -the sensitivity is almost linear, a tiny bit more to the bottom and right side, but not significant -vel min and max are standard 1 and 127 - I did not change anything in envelope -just one mic position, since I have only Pianos - I did not change anything in articulations |
