I found Michael 'Stav' Stavrou's Mixing With Your Mind to be very good for the variety of its studio setup, recording and mixing techiques and tricks.
Stav teaches how to calibrate with your ears, not a bunch of instruments, which is empowering. And ....., George Martin did write the foreword for it!
