Default Strings and portamento

I've axed this before here, but... I've poured through all the artic's of EWQLSO Gold and... NO PORTAMENTO? Even for Violins?

Even the HALion String Edition has some 2 and 3 step portamento

Am I overlooking them?

I know some of ya'll dis the usage of portamento... actually, used JUDICIOUSLY it's one of the easiest ways to evoke realism (IMHO)

You are indeed overlooking the Portamento patches. The French Horns have them for one, and I'm sure there are others. Some might be labeled as "swell" or something.
