Default Storm Drum

Hello Guys,

Despite the fact that I am into soundtracks more then anything, few comments about “Storm Drum” software will be highly appreciated.

Awesome. If it's still on sale it's a no brainer purchase. If it's not on sale it's a no brainer purchase. Get it now.

If there's need of percussive elements in my music, I use StormDrum. It's that simple.

If you're in to Gilbert and Sullivan, Stormdrum's definitely the way to go...IF you're in Gilbert in Sullivan, that is.

Hi Nash,

The Stormdrum collection is great, with a huge variety of high quality percussion to choose from. At the moment I probably use it for 95% of all my percussive sounds.

The loop collection in it is really neat too and great to use if you're in a hurry to throw down some heavy percussion tracks that sound really good.

The only area I think it's lacking is brushed percussion, which would be a nice addition to the drum kits that are included. (I havn't found any brushed snares in there...)

If you want something that's really versatile and can produce some big sounds then get Stormdrum as it's got so many different drums to choose from. If you're looking for standard drum kits then maybe check out one of the DFH libraries.

Cheers,

- Matt

Well, you probably already told that by the previous posts, it's a must buy. But let me just say...it is definately a must buy. It serves to be very, very useful.
