HI,
After seeing Namm videos and reading through the play features, I am amazed with the East West libraries being developed in a more "musician" friendly way. Thanks for the great ideas at East West!!! Being an owner of "Symphonic Orchestra Pro XP Bundle" I have one idea/question about the Play Interface being developed: I really enjoy the idea of having "3 mic positions" in one interface. The "Articualtion window"notion is also great, but regarding the fact that we have "tons" of articualtions within one instrument (Platinum Pro XP user), I would imagine it a rather "nerve consuming" thing to scroll up & down in a "small" articuation window. Now, I don't want to get into the steps of the programmers , since there are allready doing a great job upgrading their products!!! 1. but I could imagine an articulation window, which could be opened separately from the East west interface as a kind of "float window" and then have the feature integrated to be enlarged. This way you could get an instant overview of all the artuclations available for one instrument. I guess it would be also inspirering and time saving... I am not a programmer and I do not know how diffucult it is to programm such a feature: Nevertheless, I can imagine (seeing the Piano interface) that this would be a benefit to some "large-artuculation instruments" of the symphonic orchestra.Maybe you`ve allready thought about it or had another idea... With or without this feature, I am convinced that this major upgrade will be one of the best things East West has ever done to "musicians" like me )) Anyone supporting my idea??!??"Thanks" to the developers!!! Nostaller PS: I guess the last "development" will be: putting on a "helmet" in order to just "think" the articulation you want while playing a phrase... ) |

I agree, that window is small, but at this stage, if they put a countdown timer on their website for the PLAY upgrades, it would be counting up!
